We took a trip to Flower World and found a plant to remember our 43rd Anniversary with. This Evergreen Abelia smells heavenly, is deer resistant, grows in full to partial sun and blooms from May through October!!! A perfect plant to celebrate with!
Rebecca wanted to come to our house to open her present on her birthday and pick blueberries. The bushes are so high they are easier to reach from the back of the truck!
Not many berries made it by Rebecca without being eaten.
Of course, the swing is always a big hit. Something that doesn't encourage Grandpa to refrain from doing scarey things.
Triple chocolate cookies were her request and we all were very glad that she asked and shared.
Somehow it is so satisfying to think just what you might wish for.
She successfully blew the candle out and we went on to fly airplanes in the living room. It was a great way to end the day.
