Hoping someone else was more successful!

Astronomical events aren't especially great on cloudy nights.  It did come up big and red, but was so obscured by the clouds that we didn't get much.  We started out at Phil and Cathy Williams' home on their back deck.  Got discouraged and drove over to a field on Island Crossing and it was clear as we drove to it and then it was obscured by the time we got the camera set up!  Luck of the draw.  Hope one of you had better luck!
